WALLINGFORD — A
celebration in memory of the life and vision of Dr. Martin Luther King
Jr. will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, at the Town Hall, 45 S.
Main St.
The program will be presented by the mayor’s office,
Public Celebrations Committee and the Board of Education,
superintendent’s office.
School Superintendent Salvatore Menzo
will offer opening remarks. Students from the Sheehan High School jazz
ensemble will perform and students from Lyman Hall High School will read from King’s works.
